This editorial policy explains how Insurance BPO Companies Bulletin selects and scores insurance BPO providers, how AI tools are used in producing this content, how corrections are handled, and how ownership and funding relate to what gets published.

Ownership and funding disclosure

This site is operated by an independent publisher and does not disclose ownership by any provider it ranks. We do not accept payment, sponsorship, or referral compensation in exchange for inclusion or ranking position on the ranking page. If that changes for any provider in the future, it will be disclosed both here and next to that provider’s entry.

How providers are selected and scored

Providers are selected for coverage based on visibility in the insurance BPO category and relevance to the buyer types we cover: multi-line carriers, mid-market insurers, MGAs, TPAs, and agencies. Each provider is scored editorially against the criteria published on the methodology section of the ranking page — category fit, claims and policy maturity, line-of-business expertise, QA and reporting, compliance readiness, scalability, cost-to-quality ratio, and buyer transparency. Scores are editorial judgments based on public positioning and, where cited, named independent sources — they are not certified audits, and we say so on the page.

Use of AI in producing this content

AI writing assistants may be used in drafting and structuring parts of this site, including this page. Every factual claim about a provider is reviewed by an editor before publication, and claims that cannot be verified from a provider’s own public statements or a named independent source are labeled as such rather than presented as confirmed fact. We do not claim that this content is written entirely by hand, and we do not misrepresent AI-assisted drafting as unassisted human authorship.

Corrections

If a provider or reader identifies a factual error, outdated detail, or mischaracterization, we will review it and correct the page. Corrections that affect a provider’s ranking position are noted with an updated dateModified date on the ranking page. Use the contact page to report an error.

Conflicts of interest

Any provider mentioned on this site that also has a business relationship with the publisher — commercial, affiliate, or otherwise — will be disclosed on the ranking page next to that provider’s entry, and that relationship will not be permitted to alter its score or rank.
